Terry Davis was an American professional basketball player who played in the NBA for 10 seasons. He played college basketball at Virginia Union University, where he was named the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Player of the Year in his senior season. Davis played for several teams during his NBA career, including the Miami Heat, where he played from 1997 to 1999. He was known for his tough, physical play and was a strong rebounder and defender. Davis retired from the NBA in 2001 and passed away in 2019 at the age of 53.
