Mark Workman was an American professional basketball player who was born on October 5, 1925, and died on January 21, 1990. He played college basketball at West Virginia University before being drafted by the Milwaukee Hawks in the 1949 NBA draft. Workman played for the Hawks for four seasons before being traded to the Fort Wayne Pistons in 1953. He then played for the Rochester Royals and the Philadelphia Warriors before retiring in 1958. In his nine-year career, Workman played in 486 games, averaging 6.7 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.
