Malcolm Lee, wearing #8 for the Minnesota Timberwolves, is a former NBA player who was born on May 22, 1990, in Riverside, California. He played college basketball at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) before being selected by the Chicago Bulls in the second round of the 2011 NBA Draft. Lee was traded to the Timberwolves before the start of the 2011-12 season, and he played for the team for two seasons before being traded to the Golden State Warriors. Lee's NBA career was hampered by injuries, and he only played in 35 games over three seasons, averaging 2.0 points and 1.0 rebounds per game. He retired from professional basketball in 2016.
