Toby Kimball is a former NBA player who played for the Houston Rockets from 1972 to 1973. Kimball was born on September 7, 1942, in Framingham, Massachusetts. He played college basketball at the University of Connecticut, where he was an All-American in 1965. Kimball was drafted by the Boston Celtics in the second round of the 1965 NBA draft. During his NBA career, he played for several teams, including the Celtics, the San Diego Rockets, and the Philadelphia 76ers. Kimball was known for his rebounding ability and his toughness on the court. After retiring from the NBA, he became a successful businessman.
