Pistons #18 Don Bielke was a professional basketball player from the United States. Bielke was born on December 17, 1946, in Rochester, New York. He played college basketball at Niagara University, where he was a three-year starter and led the team in scoring and rebounding in his senior season. Bielke was selected by the Detroit Pistons in the third round of the 1969 NBA draft, and he played for the team during the 1969-70 season, appearing in 47 games. He averaged 3.1 points and 2.3 rebounds per game. After his NBA career, Bielke played in the American Basketball Association for two seasons. He passed away on November 27, 2016, at the age of 69.
