Lance Thomas is an American professional basketball player who was born on April 24, 1988. He played college basketball at Duke University before going undrafted in the 2010 NBA draft. Thomas then played for several teams in the NBA G League before signing with the New Orleans Hornets (now the Pelicans) in 2011. He played for the Pelicans for three seasons before signing with the New York Knicks in 2015. Thomas played for the Knicks for five seasons before being waived in 2020. He then signed with the Brooklyn Nets but was waived before the start of the 2020-2021 NBA season.
