Marcus Cousin is a former professional basketball player who played for several teams internationally and briefly in the NBA. He was born on December 2, 1986, in Baltimore, Maryland, and attended the University of Houston, where he played college basketball. After college, Cousin went undrafted in the 2009 NBA draft and played for several teams overseas, including Israel, Spain, Turkey, and Italy. In 2011, Cousin signed a 10-day contract with the Utah Jazz, where he played in two games and scored two points. After his brief stint in the NBA, Cousin continued to play internationally, including in China and Japan. He retired from professional basketball in 2018 and now works as a coach.
