Howard Eisley is a retired American basketball player who played in the NBA during the 1990s and 2000s. He was born on December 4, 1972, in Detroit, Michigan. Eisley was a 6-foot-3 point guard who played college basketball at Boston College. He was selected in the second round of the 1994 NBA Draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves, where he played for four seasons before being traded to the San Antonio Spurs in 1998.
